T T T RanchThe Lewis and Clark Expedition spent more time in North Dakota than any other state. The explorers were enchanted by this area. Lewis wrote in his journal on May 5, 1805, "The country is as yesterday, beautiful in the extreme." They saw more game enroute from their winter camp at Fort Mandan to where the Yellowstone enters the Missouri River than anywhere else on their journey.VIEW The TTT video!!!! You will need

THE LANDThis area is still prime and pristine, truly a Hunters' Paradise. The scenic vistas are unchanged from those that lured explorers and ranchers more than a century ago.The T T T Ranch headquarters is nestled in the Little Knife River Valley. Its waterway meanders through the broad valley with spacious coulees (ravines) fanning out on either side. The valley provides abundant natural habitat for Pheasants, other game birds and Whitetail deer. The area is the Outback of America, a paradise not only for those who live here, but also for those who sojourn this way. |
